Craig A. LeValley
Mr. LeValley is a graduate of Stockton State College and Rutgers
University Law School. He has been an active member of the Florida
Bar since 1989, No. 832669, and the West Pasco Bar Association. For
many years, Mr. LeValley has focused his trial experience and strong
negotiating skills in the representation of property owners with
difficult insurance claims. He has litigated sinkhole losses for his
clients against insurance companies throughout Florida, including
jury trials, appraisals, and arbitrations in both State and Federal
Courts as well as mediations.
Mr. LeValley is the lead trial attorney for the firm.
Peter A. Napolitano
Mr. Napolitano is a graduate of The Ohio State University
College of Pharmacy and Stetson College of Law. He has been a member
of the Florida Bar since 1992, No. 932833 with extensive experience
in Circuit and Federal court cases in Florida. Mr. Napolitano is a
member of the American Bar Association and the Florida Justice
Association. As a partner
in LeValley Napolitano & McMenamin, P.L. Mr. Napolitano now focuses
his skills on the representation of property owners in all first
party insurance claims and other complex civil litigation.
John B. McMenamin, Jr.
Mr. McMenamin is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University
and Nova Southeastern University Law School in Fort Lauderdale,
Florida. He has been employed by this firm in various full and
part-time capacities prior to joining the firm as an attorney in
2002. Mr. McMenamin is a member of the Florida Bar No. 0571520 and
the West Pasco Bar Association. He is currently involved with all
aspects of litigation within the firm, focusing on first party
property insurance claims.
